  1. I’m so excited that i found you and your site!! I have started a journey to understand my auto immune disorders, and how to live a more natural healthy life.
I am non-celiac gluten intolerant (among other things) and would like to know what your recommendations are for healthy gluten alternatives. Also, what you substitute for milk. I’m trying to limit dairy as well. I’m noticing more and more that I react to it.
Thank you so much for your help, and thank you for all your hard work! You are awesome!!!

  2. I really tend to just avoid dairy-containing dishes altogether, rather than making a bunch of substitutions. Same for gluten for the most part. Although, I know some folks would find that difficult. There are a few recipes on my site, however, in which I substitute oat flour, though, like for the pancakes we eat on occasion. Another example we do is to use a bit of avocado to add to smoothies to give them a creamy dairy-like textures. Also check out my “Banana Ice Cream” recipe, too! Yum! No dairy in there!
